With Russel's 45 years in the cattle business and Brad and Bert's long-standing interest, the trio set out to raise miniature Herefords, also known as Classic Herefords-the same kind your grandfather might've raised. These cattle are shorter in stature but big on rich flavor, tender cuts, and unmatched quality.
